• The house is on three levels; ground, first and second floor. There are 15 steps to the first floor and a further 13 steps to the second floor. There is a handrail on the left side as you go up.
• Bedrooms on first and second floor – no lift.
• Each room is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin; most rooms are en suite and the remaining two rooms have private facilities. There are no guest baths.
• All rooms have radios.
• Waitress service available if needed.
• Task lighting on request.
• Corridors lit 24 hours.
• Mobile phone network available. A payphone is available in the reception area.
